重慶西南鋁精密加工有限責任公司于2010年開始研發電氣元件用涂層鋁及鋁合金材料，2011年批量向市場供貨，改寫了該產品只能靠進口的歷史，填補了國內空白，起草了《電氣元件涂層鋁及鋁合金帶材》( GB/T33229- -2016 )國家標準。

NationalStandards of Coated Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys for ElecticalElements (GB/ T33229 -2016) was drafted as well.
