重慶西南鋁精密加工有限責任公司成立于1994年，其前身是重慶西南鋁焊管廠、重慶西南鋁易拉蓋廠 。2017年12月，按照國有企業公司制改革要求，實施公司制改革并完成工商登記注冊，現有職工332人，總資產9600萬元，屬中鋁西南鋁全資子公司。
      公司擁有縱切生產線4條，橫切生產線3條，涂層生產線2條，車用鋁合金防撞梁生產線1條，中間合金熔煉產線3套，機械加工設備16臺。有鋁及鋁合金縱切產能16000噸/年、鋁及鋁合金橫切產能10000噸/年、鋁及鋁合金帶材涂層產能3500噸/年，車用鋁合金防撞梁產能5萬件(套) /年、中間合金熔煉產能30000噸/年、鋁基添加劑3000噸/年以及機械加工產能50000件/年。
      公司主要從事鋁及鋁合金板、帶、箔材剪切及涂層、鋁合金件機械加工、中間合金及鋁基添加劑的生產和銷售，產品主要包括鋁塑復合管用鋁合金帶材、百葉窗用鋁合金帶材、電纜及電纜護套用鋁合金帶材、鋁合金涂層卷材、鋁合金機械加工件。市場覆蓋全國，部分產品出口。

The Company is mainly engaged in aluminum and aluminum alloy plate, strip and foil materials cutting and coating , aluminumalloy parts machining, master alloy and aluminum additives production and sales. The main products include aluminum alloystrip for aluminum-plastic composite pipe, aluminum alloy strip for shutter , aluminum alloy strip for cable and cable sheath,coated aluminum alloy coil, aluminum alloy machining parts.The market covers the nationwide, some products are exported.
